Throughout the website and on any quotations, you should be able to see both Inc and Ex VAT prices listed. A full VAT invoice will be provided upon completion of the booking.
How it works
The hire fee and security deposit will be taken at the time of placing your order.
You will need to provide us with a copy of your own insurance policy – this must state that you are covered for hired-in goods and must cover the total replacement value of the hired equipment. You can check the value of the equipment by calling or emailing us.
Please note: You must still have your own insurance to hire equipment for use on-site as you will not covered by our insurance. We can, however arrange insurance for you.
If you need insurance, you could use Performance Film & Media Insurance.
All rentals are currently available for collection only.
